When left unbalanced, this could trigger your survivor instincts and can further exacerbate issues that you may be facing; such as money concerns, employment issues, or your emotional security. It may also make you vulnerable to certain illnesses that relate to the spine and/or kidneys.

If this is the case, remember to focus on your own breath. This will increase your relaxation and help your mind stay in the present.

2. Now begin to visualize all these circles of energies expanding and then contracting. Allow this image to match your own breathing pattern. As you breathe out, the circles of energy expand and as you breathe in, they begin to contract.
3. Allow yourself the time to remain still and present. Try to feel these energy centers balance themselves according to your body’s own rhythm. When you feel comfortable, you can begin to explore the inner realms of your mind. You may also want to ask for guidance and protection from your own sense of a higher power.
